Dr. Rakesh Kumar He is one of the top scientists at National Environmental Engineering Research Institute at Mumbai and is actively involved in the subject of Solid Waste Management. He is the general secretary of NSWAI and is actively involved in ENVIS project of MoEF, NSWAI being a ENVIS centre on SWM.
