In addition, China has about 3 million tons of hazardous waste temporary storage in the production companies every year, the cumulative storage capacity has reached more than 30 million tons.Thousands of tons hazardous waste are discharged into the environment every year, with great hidden dangers.China has more than 70 chrome salt production plants before,more than 2/3 of the enterprises were shut down and bankruptcy for various reasons, left about 4.5 million tons of chromium slag stacked,mostly untreated, resulting in huge Hidden danger.Statistics show that the actual utilization of hazardous waste disposal is still very low, the gap is large,there is a great potential in the market for mining.

China's VOC emissions have been ranked first in the world now,and increased year by year.Industrial VOC is the major emission area,accounted for more than 50% of the total. According to the VOC emissions list technical guidelines (trial),it is estimated the emissions of VOC are 17 million tonnes in 2014,the emission base of VOC is large. VOC is important precursor material of the formation of ozone and PM2.5,has already serious threat to the human body and the environment health and development.

VOC treatment has always been China's focus and difficulties in the air pollution prevention and control.China has issued a number of related policies and regulations to help VOC treatment in recent years,such as key regional air pollution prevention 12th five plan,policy on VOC prevention and control,air pollution action plan,PRC air pollution prevention and control law,key industry VOC abatement action plan,voc emission charges pilot scheme etc.

July 13, 2016, the MIIT and MOF promulgated the key industries voc abatement action plan,clearly pointed out that by 2018,the industrial VOC emissions reduce more than 3.3 million tons than in 2015.

December 20, 2016, approved by Premier Li Keqiang, the state council issued the "13th Five-Year Plan" comprehensive program of energy-saving emission reduction,the plan incorporate VOC into total amount control aggregate targets,it will boost the VOC treatment progress under the mandatory constraint of the total amount control,promote the total emissions of VOC control in key areas,key industries,the national total emissions fell more than 10%.

There are 17 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) have issued local VOC fees standard, most pilots for the petrochemical packaging and printing industry. Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Hebei VOC emission charges the highest, Jiangsu, Zhejiang followed, the average emission charges of 4.82 rmb / kg. With the VOC emission treatment charges policy and subsidies gradually landed, VOC treatment will become the key focus job of 13th five air pollution control.

China's Ministry of Environmental Protection officer in charge of air pollution control disclosed that the focus of China's air pollution control job will move from the comprehensive management of industrial,(VOC) prevention and treatment is the next step. Industry sources said VOC treatment market will usher in explosive growth during 13th five period,it is expected to industrial sources VOCs emission reduction control by 2020,bring the market space of 180.9 billion RMB,which contains VOCs products utilization and emissions abatement demand is 75.922 billion RMB,accounting for 41.53% of total.Additionally, the market value of VOCs monitoring is estimated at 4.865 billion RMB.
